Recently, Shanghai Shangying New Energy has officially signed a framework cooperation agreement with a leading enterprise in China’s energy storage industry for cooperation on 200 sets of 40+30kW dual-loop liquid cooling units. Calculated based on the supporting scheme for 10-foot standard container energy storage cabinets, the total volume can support the construction and implementation of a 0.5GWh energy storage project.

This scheme features a single cabinet capacity of 2.5MWh, with the overall cabinet weight controlled within 30 tons. It imposes no special transportation or port requirements. Moreover, its dimensions fully comply with maritime shipping standards without space waste or modification demands, making it particularly suitable for standardized and rapid delivery of overseas orders.

The partner is a benchmark enterprise in China’s grid-forming energy storage sector. It has in-depth expertise in grid-forming converters, system-level energy management, large-scale energy storage power station integration and other fields, and has delivered multiple hundred-megawatt energy storage projects, wielding strong influence across the industry. The partner sets stringent multi-dimensional access standards for core component suppliers, conducting multi-layer screening covering technical indicators, product reliability, mass production stability and full-range after-sales response capacity.

While Shangying’s liquid cooling temperature control products have passed the rigorous access assessment of the leading customer, both sides will carry out closer cooperation in the field of temperature control for grid-forming energy storage, and jointly promote the large-scale implementation of highly reliable temperature control solutions.
