Shenyi Liquid Cooling System Delivered to Anhui Jing County Energy Storage Project

Publisher:Shanghai Lianying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Time:2026/07/07

Recently, a user-side energy storage project providing power security for local hospitals was successfully implemented in Jing County, Anhui Province. Integrated by Yubang Zhiyuan Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., Enty New Energy served as the thermal management equipment supplier, equipping the system with customized automatic liquid replenishment liquid-cooled units.

Partnering with Yubang Zhiyuan

Yubang Zhiyuan Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd.'s parent company, Beijing Yubang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688597.SH), listed on the STAR Market in 2021. Since its establishment in 1996, it has focused on the intelligent electricity usage field, with main businesses covering smart electricity meters, collection terminals, and power grid informatization solutions.

Yubang Zhiyuan inherits its parent company's technical accumulation in the power industry and possesses mature project planning and delivery capabilities in energy storage system integration. The Jing County project has extremely high requirements for system reliability. In a hospital setting, any unexpected shutdown could lead to medical service interruptions, making the stability of the thermal management system one of the key factors for project implementation.

Yubang Zhiyuan chose Enty as its partner for the thermal management aspect based on a shared understanding of these stringent requirements and recognition of Enty's product capabilities and team response efficiency.

Automatic Liquid Replenishment for Hassle-Free Operation

Hospital energy storage systems are often deployed in independent equipment areas, requiring advance coordination for maintenance teams to enter, with complex procedures. Traditional liquid cooling solutions require regular manual inspections of liquid levels and manual refilling, which not only consume manpower but also, if neglected or responded to late, may trigger device overheating shutdown alarms, directly threatening hospital power supply safety.

The liquid-cooled units delivered by Enty have minimized this risk. The equipment is equipped with built-in pressure sensors that monitor system pressure 24/7. When the pressure drops below the set threshold, the liquid replenishment pump starts automatically; it stops automatically when the safe threshold is reached. This entire process completely eliminates the need for daily manual intervention. Additionally, the equipment features an automatic low-liquid-level alarm function, requiring only a single centralized refill after receiving the alarm, reducing maintenance frequency and workload.

Behind this seemingly simple automation lies Enty's accumulated experience and understanding of thermal management needs across various operating conditions in multiple scenarios such as industrial and commercial energy storage and grid-side energy storage. This experience enables the products to precisely match the demands of stringent scenarios, reducing fault risks caused by untimely maintenance from the root.

A Closed Loop from Delivery to Training

Equipment delivery and grid connection mark not the end of service. To completely eliminate the hospital's concerns about equipment maintenance, Enty's technical team provided comprehensive training to on-site maintenance personnel for the project, covering equipment operation, common fault identification, and emergency handling methods. This enables the maintenance team to operate the equipment in accordance with standards, reducing misoperation risks from daily use.
